Favorite Vacation Spots

My all time favorite for beautiful vistas was the drive around the tip of Cape Breton in Nova Scotia. One amazing view after another, and we saw whales from one parking vista. My husband joked that he was bored with one beautiful view after another and wanted to see something ugly just for contrast! Linda in Highgate


I had a nice sunny warm time in Culebra last winter.  It is off the east coast of Peurto Rico.  Mellow, not overly-developed or built up.  In fact, a bit rustic.  Learning to drive a scooter was the only thing that raised my blood pressure while we were there!

Our family loved driving up to the top of the "House of the Sun" Haleakala National Park in Maui and seeing the sun appear to drop on into enormous crater.

Popham Beach in Maine is like stepping back in time. I loved it!
